Our team, led by Sonsoles, holds a discovery conversation and prepares a tailor-made proposal. Your team's level is assessed with the people involved at onboarding; HR or management do not need to test anyone before talking to us. Then we deliver the programme and agree the follow-up you need. ## Who it is for Companies of all sizes, SMEs and family businesses, engineering and industry, international business teams, institutions and official bodies, and sports clubs.
